Over 2,500 learning professionals from around the world from both education and enterprises contributed to the 13th Annual Survey of Learning Tools.
YOUTUBE remains in the number1 spot with little movement at the top of the list. However, the bottom half of the list shows some significat movement as a number of more popular tools have dropped in position as they become more commonplace. The list is is dominated by free online resources, tools and services, with 29 new entries but no new devices being added.
