Stop-Improve-Start Series

We are all busy people. We have questions. We want answers. We also want to be challenged to think, explore and understand. This new series helps faculty, instructors, and education and training providers engage in critical reflective practice about teaching, learning and technology. By focusing on basic questions — What should we stop doing? What should we work on to improve? What should we start doing? — we can capture in a few bullets some current trends and research, and share them quickly with you.

In an age of 280-character tweets, short is good. Behind each of the bullet points shared in this series is a body of research, writing and opinion. Many of the ideas shared throughout this series are presented in webinars, in longer articles at teachonline.ca, and in the short book reviews in Online Learning News.
