The general brouhaha over academic misconduct and plagiarism as a result of AI does not seem to want to die down, despite the fact that a recent Stanford study suggests that the number of students cheating remains steady at 60% both pre and post-ChatGPT. This collection of papers takes us on a tour of the world and explores what various institutions in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America are concerned about and what actions are being taken. Going beyond simple concerns about plagiarism but also exploring the exceptionally high rate of academic papers being retracted and the number of issues associated with faculty academic misconduct, this is a solid collection full of insights and challenges.
