Searchable Directory of Online, Open & Distance Learning Associations and Consortia Throughout the World

Graphic illustration on laptop to suggest wide range of organizations dedicated to online learning.

“Devoted to advancing quality online learning.”

“Enables change to technology enhanced quality education across the globe.”

“Support the development of new methodologies, and use of new technologies.”

“Promotes co-operation and collaboration between institutions involved in distance and e-learning on a world-wide basis.”

“Advocates for access, equity and quality learning through online, open and flexible learning.”

These are some of the goals and objectives of the many associations and consortia for online, open and distance learning throughout the world.

Membership in such associations can provide guidance, professional development, and access to scholarly research, conferences, best practices, and interaction for like-minded professionals to help members keep up in this fast paced and evolving field.

Contact North | Contact Nord has created this non-exhaustive list of online, distance and open learning associations and consortia around the world, providing links to web sites (if available) to widen access to the valuable information offered by each.

The directory is an ongoing initiative which we will, with your help, update with additions and corrections.
