The Transformational Change Program at Open Polytechnic New Zealand

Learn how the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand is designed and is implementing a transformational change program to provide a fully flexible, learner-driven experience. Components of the change include the development of a new digital learning platform in-house, changing the learning delivery model to focus on students, and creating and implementing a form follows function organizational design.
