Book Review

Design justice is an emerging issue in online and distance education, and this book tackles the issues associated with decolonization, equity and inclusion directly, effectively and in very practical terms. The book introduces the Learning and Performance Support Instructional Design (LeaPs ID) model. Applicable to instructional designers, educational technologists, learning experience designers, learning engineers and human resource development professionals, this original, iterative process leverages design thinking and action learning approaches to increase student engagement and agency. Practical and full of examples, this is a must read for all instructional designers.
